Photographs – Visual Appetizers Part 1

Can you remember the first image that had you running to the nearest travel agent booking your first OE? Or, having booked a trip, were you scouring the local library for all the guide and picture books on your travel destination? To prepare yourself and build up the anticipation for the big event!

A picture speaks a thousand wordsBayerische_Alpen

We travel the world to broaden our horizon by exploring new landscapes, meeting new people and living in different cultures. Depending on your interests a stunning panoramic view over the Alps in Bavaria or a detailed shot of the Moeraki Boulders can motivate one to finally stop dreaming about that elusive holiday and actually plan and book that dream holiday! And who supplies us with all those stunning and overwhelming images? Other travelers of course!

Visual exchange of experiences

We thought it would be a nice idea to share your photos and experiences with other past, present and future travelers. By publishing an inspiring photo, accompanied by a personal story, some background info or just letting the photo speak for itself.

You get to pick your favourites!800px-Moeraki_Boulders_NZ

And of course we’d love to know which ones are your favourites! You can leave comments on our blog or mark your favourites on our Facebook page with a simple ‘like’. Each month we will pick the winning photo, which will get published in our e-calender at the beginning of the next year and distributed to all participants.

That’s all for today, more details tomorrow.
